The Vertiv R48-3200E (Former Emerson eSure Series) is high-performance digital-controlled hot-swap rectifier developed for Vertiv NetSure embedded power systems. Rated 3200W max output power and 62.5A@48VDC, it converts wide-range single AC into adjustable 42~58VDC standard telecom voltage. Equipped advanced active PFC and high-frequency switching topology, peak conversion efficiency hits up to 96.8% with full-load PF≥0.99. Standard drawer hot-plug design allows maintenance without cabinet power cut; CAN bus communication enables real-time data linkage with shelf monitor for remote management. Widely used for 4G/5G small cell, FTTx OLT pole cabinet and old telecom power capacity expansion projects globally.
