Our Eltek Type 3 44U hybrid solar telecommunication power cabinet is a fully integrated outdoor power enclosure designed for off-grid & grid-connected telecom base station projects. Constructed from durable SGCC galvanized steel sheet, this 44U standard rack cabinet comes pre-equipped with dual heat exchangers for stable internal cooling, built-in Smart PDU for intelligent power distribution, and a complete Eltek hybrid solar power system to combine solar energy & mains backup power supply.
This Eltek Type 3 cabinet follows standard Eltek telecom cabinet structural standards, offering ample 44U internal mounting space to install Eltek rectifier modules, Smartpack monitoring MCU, lithium/lead-acid battery packs, optical transmission equipment and communication transceivers. Key Product Features
This enclosure strictly complies with Eltek Type 3 cabinet industry specifications, 44U large-capacity internal rack space supports layered installation of power modules, communication equipment and energy storage batteries. Reinforced SGCC steel frame bears heavy load without deformation, full-circle EPDM sealing strip achieves IP55 all-weather outdoor protection.
Equipped with two independent heat exchangers as cooling solution, exchanging internal hot air with external cool air without refrigerant. Low power consumption, no water condensation inside the cabinet, greatly reduces maintenance frequency for unattended remote base stations, ideal for desert, coastal and high-temperature regions.
Pre-installed Smart PDU inside the Eltek Type3 cabinet, support real-time voltage/current monitoring, remote switch control, overload short-circuit protection and SNMP data upload. Each power branch can be independently monitored and managed, improving the safety and intelligence level of the whole hybrid solar power system.
The cabinet integrates a hybrid solar power supply framework, supporting dual energy input: solar photovoltaic power + municipal AC power. Automatically switch power supply mode according to sunlight condition, store excess solar energy in battery packs, cut grid power consumption and realize energy-saving off-grid operation for remote communication sites. Compatible with all Eltek Flatpack2 rectifier modules and Smartpack series monitoring MCU.
Whole cabinet body adopts SGCC galvanized steel sheet as raw material, with excellent rust resistance, salt spray resistance and UV resistance. Multi-layer surface anti-corrosion coating treatment prevents corrosion under long-term rain, sea salt and high temperature exposure, extending cabinet service life to over 10 years outdoors.
Reserved installation position for Eltek Smartpack2 main MCU controller and FlexiMonitor environmental expansion module. Users can add full monitoring functions: cabinet temperature/humidity, door access alarm, heat exchanger operating status, battery voltage detection, remote cloud background management via Ethernet.
