The Vertiv R48-3000e (Former Emerson eSure series) is high-density high-efficiency hot-swap rectifier module exclusively designed to match Vertiv NetSure series embedded telecom power cabinets. Rated 3000W/62.5A@48VDC, it converts wide-range single-phase alternating current into adjustable 42~58VDC standard telecom DC voltage. Adopts DSP full digital control + active PFC topology, peak conversion efficiency reaches 96%, full-load power factor ≥0.99, low input harmonic distortion. Standard drawer hot plug structure allows field replacement without cabinet power off, multi-modules free parallel current sharing for flexible capacity expansion, widely used in indoor/outdoor 4G/5G small cell, FTTx OLT pole cabinet and old telecom power capacity upgrade projects.
