The Vertiv R48-2000E3 (Former Emerson eSure Series) is high-density digital-controlled hot-swap AC-DC rectifier designed exclusively for Vertiv NetSure embedded power systems. Rated 2000W/42A@48VDC nominal output, it converts wide-range single-phase 85~300VAC mains into adjustable 42~58VDC standard telecom voltage(default53.5VDC). Adopts advanced LLC soft-switch and full DSP digital control technology, peak conversion efficiency reaches 96.2% with full-load power factor ≥0.99 and ultra-low THD≤5%. Standard drawer hot-plug structure enables online replacement without cabinet power interruption; built-in CAN bus realizes real-time communication with shelf monitor for remote parameter configuration and fault alert, widely used in indoor/outdoor 4G/5G small cell, FTTx OLT pole cabinet and old telecom power renovation projects globally.
